The name Altrimari comes from the Italian expression “Altri Mari” — Other Seas. It is a tribute to the Oltramari family’s roots, originating in the Veneto region in northern Italy, where the surname literally means “beyond the sea.”
Altrimari’s story begins in 2005. At the age of 14, the founder crossed his first international border alongside his father, traveling to Paraguay on weekends to source products for resale in Brazil.
This journey shaped the very essence of Altrimari: a company that carries heritage and vision, structure and boldness — focused on accelerating brands globally with confidence, intelligence, and speed.
